Rental Policies
Prices quoted are for a one-day rental. For extended rental periods, please call our office for special rates. Charges apply to rental time out, whether used or not. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your rental items. Two-weeks notice is required for a full refund. One-week notice is required for a 25% refund. Order reductions must be made 48 hours prior to pickup / delivery to avoid additional charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Deliveries
Delivery service is offered in our regular delivery area for a minimal charge. Delivery outside of the area is available at an increased charge dependant on the distance. Deliveries and pick-ups outside of regular store hours are offered at an expense in addition to the delivery fee. Set-up and take down service is available at $0.50 a chair and $1.00 per table. Tables, chairs and other rental items must be broken down and stacked in a single location for convenient pick-up. Additional responsibilities / policies are provided on the invoice.
Responsibility
The responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from the time of customer pick-up / delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the elements at all times. Permanent stains or candle wax may incur cleaning or replacement charges. Replacement charges will be assessed for missing or broken items.
